SP REWARDS is the SPHERBS.com guest loyalty program. It’s our way of giving thanks to valuable guest like you for choosing us for your health and wellness needs. The program is FREE and easy to join. Simply shop, earn points, and get rewarded.

Membership in the program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. By submitting an application for SP REWARDS, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

SIGN UP IS FREE:

Information required for SP REWARDS, your first and last name, valid email address, and DOB (Date of birth).

Our system automatically tracks the points you earn every time you shop with SPHERBS.com. When checking out online, simply log-in to purchase so we can add the points to your account.

Earn Points

It’s easy. You earn a percentage of points back for every dollar you spend at SPHERBS.com, online or phone orders.
You can earn SP points on all our products online, excluding tax, coupon discounts, returns, shipping, and handling. SP points are based on per dollars spent.
Points expire 120 days after earning them.
Yes, we will send you an e-mail to let you know if your points are expiring, or you may check your rewards link in my account.
For online purchases, you can expect to see points in your account between 1-2 business days when the payment and order are complete. If you don’t see your points within this time, please contact Customer Care at +1-866-518-8899.
SP rewards points may only be claimed for the purchase of items on SPHERBS.com. SP rewards have no cash value. SP rewards are non-transferable.

Membership Level

  • Silver — New members to the SP rewards program will begin as Silver level members
  • Gold — Reaching Gold status requires a minimum  spend of $1500+ in two years or 5 successfully referred customers.
  • Platinum — Reaching Platinum status requires a minimum spend of $5000+ in two years or 10 successfully referred customers.
  • Diamond — Reaching Diamond status requires a minimum spend of $8000+ in two years or 30 successfully referred customers.

Silver

  • Earn 1 point for every $5 spent

Gold

  • Earn 1 point for every $4 spent

Platinum

  • Earn 1 point for every $3 spent
  • Special Platinum member sales, pre-sale on all other level sales

Diamond

  • Earn 1 point for every $2 spent
  • Special Diamond member sales, pre-sale on all other level sales

Returns

Your points are deducted from your points balance.
If you use your SP rewards points to buy an item and then return that item, you will receive only what you paid in cash plus the points you redeemed back to use on a future purchase.
If the account is suspected of abuse SPHERBS.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend an account at any time.
